Pick Up Information (8:00am - 5:30pm)

Domestic Terminal: When you have landed and/or are ready to be collected please make your way outside Door 4 of the Domestic terminal and wait at the Park & Ride bus stop. Take the Park & Ride bus to the Snap Rentals vehicle collection point within Park & Ride - 42 Verissimo Drive, Auckland Airport.

International Terminal: When you have landed and/or are ready to be collected please make your way outside Door 6 of the International terminal and wait at the Park & Ride bus stop. Take the Park & Ride bus to the Snap Rentals vehicle collection point within Park & Ride - 42 Verissimo Drive, Auckland Airport. Please call 0800 288 699 for any questions.

After Hours Pick Up Information (5:31pm - 7:59am) If you are collecting your Snap Rentals vehicle after our business hours of between 8:00am and 5:30pm - you will need to contact our After Hours Pick Up team. When you arrive please call 0800 288 699 (+64 9 275 2438) to arrange your transfer to our after hours provider.

Shuttle Information:

On arrival please call 0800 288 699 / +64 358 8630 to arrange a shuttle. Then exit door 2 of the Domestic terminal and look out for the black and blue Snap Rentals shuttle

Pickup Details: On arrival at Queenstown Airport, please call Snap Rentals on 0800 288 699 (+64 9 275 2438) to arrange your shuttle transfer from Queenstown Airport to our depot.
