Collection - Auckland Domestic Airport
Within office hours
Once you have collected your luggage, please call us to arrange collection. 
Airport Accommodation: You can call our office once you have arrived in NZ to advise where you are staying and what time you would like to be picked up. This service is available between 0800hrs and 1600hrs.

Return - Auckland Domestic Airport
Within office hours
Please return your vehicle to our depot, we will then shuttle you to the airport. We recommend that you allow 15 minutes prior to your check-in time at the Airport for the return of the vehicle and transfer the terminal.
Airport Accommodation: Transfers from the branch to airport accommodation is available between 0800hrs and 1600hrs.

Outside office hours
All vehicles must be returned to our depot. Customers will then need to make their own way from our office to the Airport terminals. We are located approx 800m from the International Airport and 1.6km from the Domestic Airport.

This supplier offers an after hours pickup from the Auckland International Airport. There is no additional cost for this service, but you will be required to pay the parking fees to exit the car park (this is currently NZ$38.00, payable directly to Auckland Airport Parking).

Return: Auckland International Airport

Please return your vehicle to our depot, from there we will shuttle you to the airport. We recommend that you allow 15 minutes prior to your check-in time at the Airport for the return of the vehicle and transfer to the terminal.

All vehicles must be returned to our office. You will then need to make your own way from our office to the Airport terminals. We are located approx 800m from the International Airport and 1.6km from the Domestic Airport.

International and Domestic Airport: Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, please call us from the freephones located in the arrivals terminal or on either of the numbers advised above.

The shuttle runs between 7.15am – 6.45pm. Please call 0800 502 277 for the shuttle pickups when you arrive at the airport

• International and Domestic Airport: When booking, a flight number must be supplied. You can make your way to our Dunedin Airport Agency, which is located at the Hertz Rental Car booth in the Rental Car area at the Airport.

Outside office hours
After hours pickups can be made by prior arrangement.

• International and Domestic Airport: You can return your vehicles to the Airport. You must park the car in the “Ace” marked parking spaces and will need to drop the keys off at the Hertz Rental Car booth located in the Rental Car area at the Airport.

Outside office hours:
• International and Domestic Airport:  You can return your vehicles to the Airport. You must park the car in the “Ace” marked parking spaces and will need to drop the keys off at the Hertz Rental Car booth located in the Rental Car area at the Airport.

Please Note: Due to building safety concerns at the Picton Ferry Terminal, Car Rental suppliers are being moved to temporary offices within the Inter-Island terminal for a period of approximately 6 weeks

City Accommodation: We offer you a courtesy pickup from your City Centre accommodation during the hours of 9:30am – 17:00pm. If you did not advise when booking where you are staying, you can contact our office on the freephone to advise the location and arrange a time for the pickup.

Ferry Terminals: you can walk up to our office once you have disembarked from the ferry.

This can be arranged, subject to approval by the Branch Manager. The cost for this service is NZ$60.00

Return
Within office hours
City Accommodation: you can return your vehicle to our office and get a courtesy transfer back to your accommodation between 0930hrs and 1700hrs.

Ferry Terminals: As we are located at the ferry terminal, you just need to allow a few minutes for your car to be returned in prior to your check in for the ferry.

Outside office hours
All vehicles must be returned to our office.

We will also provide an ‘on request’ after hour service from 20:30 pm – 08:00 am. Customers will be able to collect their vehicle via a lockbox method for a fee of $30NZD. Please note this is on request basis only and needs to be confirmed with ACE prior to pick up.

Outside office hours:

• Airport: We are the third building on the right as you travel onto the Airport grounds – the building is well sign-written with the Ace Rental Cars logo. You can park your cars outside the branch.
• City Accommodation: You can return your vehicle to our office and get a courtesy transfer back to your accommodation between 9:30am and 16:00pm.

All vehicles must be returned to our office. Vehicles should be parked outside our branch and the keys can be left in the after hours return box located by the door.
