Shuttle Pick Up instructions:

To get collected by the JUCY shuttle, please make your way to the Door 1 exit to the new shuttle zone.
Door 1 is located at the far-right end of the terminal and it’s past the Air New Zealand kiosks.

For pick-ups, customers need to head to the green and purple JUCY counter inside the arrivals hall at Queenstown Airport.

The branch offers a pick up/drop off service to and from the airport during office hours. Customers need to call JUCY on 0800 399 736 (NZ Freephone) or +64 9 374 4360 when they arrive at the airport to arrange the shuttle transfer. The last shuttle run to the airport is 30 minutes prior to closing time. The latest pick up time for cars is 4:30pm.
